Is there sales tax online?
That depends on your billing address. We are a New Jersey-based company so any order bought using a billing address in NJ must pay any applicable sales tax.

How will I know when my order is shipped?
Upon completing the checkout process you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. The next step is an email letting you know that your order is being processed. When you order actually ships you will receive a third email proving you with a tracking number for your order.

What does the Budget Coach do?
The Budget Coach is a team of three people assigned to you after you complete the Coaches Questionnaire. Your coaches are here to answer any questions you may have about understanding the system. They will also give you guidance to ensure you are following the principles and basic rules of the BUDGETkeeper SYSTEM.

Can the BUDGETkeeper SYSTEM be used on the computer?
Yes, that is why we put the forms on CD for you. Simply load the forms onto your computer and fill in the numbers. But, please remember that the key principle to the system is “Cash is King” and our envelope system will help you realize this.

Is my information secure?
Yes. When you receive your welcome letter after purchasing the BUDGETkeeper SYSTEM, we will issue you a PIN number. This PIN number is available to you and only you.
